ABOUT LUMINOPEX
Luminopex is a consultancy focused on behavioural change in the legal profession founded by Claire Debney, a former lawyer, who has dedicated her career to addressing the challenges faced by legal professionals. Having experienced the difficulties firsthand, she recognised the need for behavioural change within the legal community. Determined to make a difference, Claire pursued additional qualifications as an executive coach and is currently training to become a counsellor/therapist. Since 2016, she has been working with her clients across the globe, utilizing her expertise as both a coach and a future counsellor to guide them towards positive changes in their work lives. Claire's commitment to helping others and encouraging behavioural change continues to drive her work in the field of professional development and personal growth.
